Delivery Information

We offer different delivery options from our courier partners to receive the products purchased on our website.

VIP Same Day Delivery can only be used within Dubai. Orders made before 2:30pm, can avail of the SAME DAY delivery option.  Orders are delivered same day between 5:00-10:00pm. Flat Charge of AED 30

Standard Delivery can be used within the Emirates and products will be delivered within 2-3 workings days in the UAE. Flat Charge of AED 23

Orders made on our website reaching AED 500 or more qualify for FREE DELIVERY within the UAE. This Does not apply to international orders.

International Delivery takes 7-19 days and must be within cities only. Charges are weight based and depend on the current courier rates.

All shipping information is held directly with the couriers and for updates on those deliveries, please check directly with our partner’s website or contact them directly, this is not controlled by us.

Please Note:

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carrier’s workload and current circumstances.

We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.

Working days in UAE are Saturday – Thursday.

If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of the products or if the recipient does not answer the number provided, the carrier has all rights to return the products back to us and the shipping fees will still be applied towards future purchases with our company. Additional delivery fees may also apply if you ask the driver to deliver in another location or at a different day/time other than originally agreed on.

There are some areas within UAE that are non-delivery areas.  In this case, we may try our best to send a special courier to you, otherwise we will refund your purchase.  Extra delivery costs may apply for deliveries in Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and outlying Abu Dhabi vicinities. We will notify you before applying an additional charges.
