CANCELLATION POLICY

If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel the order before the order is processed and dispatched. If the order is dispatched we won’t be able to cancel it.

Please notify us either by phone on +971 566608051 or email at [email protected] and let  us know the reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be done back to the card you placed the order from, and this will only apply to the orders which are not processed and dispatched.
